    'K' Line buys slots on South Korea-Philippines-Indonesia service

    KAWASAKI Kisen Kaisha, Ltd ("K" Line) has started offering a newly weekly service called Jaseco-K from South Korea to the Philippines and Indonesia through a slot purchase agreement.

    The carrier said it "aims to expand the service coverage to and from Korea to the Straits area with this direct service providing an even better service."

     

    The port rotation for the Jaseco-K service is Xingang, Pyeongtaek, Busan, Manila, Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Busan, Incheon and back to Xingang.

     

    The first sailing with the slot agreement in place is scheduled to depart from Shanghai and arrive in Xingang on November 7, a company statement said.
